How to top up Jam Card?

Step-by-step illustrated instructions for topping up the card.

  1. Press "Top Up" under your card.

  2. Select the USDT network for payment.
    ​

  3. Choose your top-up method:

    • From external wallet — to top up from an external crypto wallet.

    • Pay from WEB3 wallet — to top up using your internal Web3 Jam Wallet.
      ​

  4. Tap "Continue" and enter the amount you want to deposit.
    ​

  5. Complete the payment:

    • For external wallet: Copy the generated address and send the exact amount specified in the order (a variance of up to 1 USDT is allowed), or scan the QR code using your third-party wallet app.

    • For Jam Wallet: Select the desired wallet, confirm, and swipe the arrow to the right to pay.
