In which countries I can't pay by Jam Card?

In accordance with the requirements of issuing banks, payment systems, and compliance and risk control policies, cards of this type issued on our platform are prohibited from being used in unsupported countries or regions, and transactions using restricted currencies are strictly prohibited.

List of prohibited countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russian Federation (Russia), Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Dominican Republic.

Attempts to make transactions in prohibited countries or using restricted currencies may result in immediate blocking of the card or its permanent cancellation. In such cases, the balance on the card is not refundable.

Before using your card, please ensure that your current location and transaction currency are supported.
