What are the fees for using JAM and Jam Card?

1. Card Issuance

$41 – Minimum deposit
Includes:

  • $21 – Card issuance fee

  • $20 – Available balance for spending
    + processing fee.

2. Card Top-up with Cryptocurrency

3% of the top-up amount.

Minimum Top-up: $20.

Supported Assets: USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain), Polygon POS, Arbitrum)

3. Purchase Fees

Fixed Transaction Fee: $0.50 per operation (Includes $0.25 technical fee and $0.25 authorization fee).
Per Failed Transaction Service Fee: $0.50.
Per Transaction Authorization Fee: $0.50.

JAM does not take a percentage of your payments.

We don't take a cut from your payments.

4. Currency conversion fees

When payment is not made in US dollars, the commission is 1.5-2%.

5. Gas Fees (Blockchain Fees)

0% for the user when using Gasless USDT TRC20.

Fees are automatically covered in USDT.

No TRX required.

6. P2P Transfers between JAM Users

0% fee on the JAM side.

Blockchain network fees may apply (if applicable).

7. Cryptocurrency Exchange (Crypto ↔ Crypto)

JAM does not charge its own fees.

Aggregator fees apply:

  • 1inch

  • Li.Fi

(displayed until the exchange is confirmed)

8. Cryptocurrency Exchange (Fiat ↔ Crypto)

JAM does not charge its own fees.

Aggregator fees apply:

  • Onramper

(fees displayed until the swap is confirmed)

9. Inactivity & Card Maintenance Fee

None.

No monthly or annual fee.

10. Hidden Fees

None.

All fees are transparently displayed in the app before confirming the operation.
