How to add a Jam Card to Google Wallet

Written by Jamcard Support

Step 1: Get Your Virtual Card Details

  1. Open your JAM Platform app.

  2. On the main page where the card is displayed, click on the "Details" button.

  3. Enter your PIN code.

  4. Your card details will be displayed on the screen — Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV (3-digit code).

Step 2: Open Google Wallet

  1. Find and open the Google Wallet app (or Google Pay) on your Android device.

  2. Tap the "Add to Wallet" button (usually a "+" icon in the bottom right corner).

Step 3: Choose Payment Card

  1. Select Payment card from the list of options.

  2. Tap "New credit or debit card".

Step 4: Enter Details Manually

  1. Google may try to open the camera. Instead, tap "Enter details manually" at the bottom.

  2. Type or paste in your 16-digit Card Number.

  3. Enter the Expiry Date (MM/YY) and the 3-digit CVV code found in Step 1.

Step 5: Add Billing Information

  1. Enter your Name and Billing Address (use the address registered with your JAM account).

  2. Tap Save and then Accept the Issuer Terms and Conditions.

Step 6: Verify and Activate

  1. As verification method always choose Email. The address shown will be the system’s service address, not your own.

  2. Click Next and enter the code.
Note: You will still receive this code at your email address and via push notification.

You’re all set! 🚀
After completing all the steps, a card from our partner will be added.
You can use it for contactless payments just like a physical one.
