Is a refund possible?

Refunds for card issuance, as well as transfers of the remaining balance to other accounts or wallets, are not provided in accordance with the provider's AML policy.

Exceptions are possible only in the event of critical technical errors on the service's part that make it impossible to use the paid card. In such situations, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
